Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the Right of Withdrawal for products purchased through www.mirachtextile.com. This right, for consumer protection, allows the Buyer to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without providing any justification or paying any penalty.

Duration of Using the Right of Withdrawal:

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. This period begins on the date the product is delivered to the Buyer.

Situations in which the right of withdrawal can be exercised:

The right of withdrawal applies in the following cases:

After the product is received, it may be requested to be returned without giving any reason.

The original packaging of the product must be unopened, unused and not have lost its saleable properties.

Shipping costs for returning the product will be covered by the Buyer.

Requirements for the Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal:

Return Request: When the Buyer wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she may submit his/her return request by following the return procedure on the www.mirachtextile.com website or through the company's communication channels (e-mail or telephone).

Returned Product: The Product must be returned by the Buyer, unused, in its original packaging, in accordance with the conditions for returns specified on the www.mirachtextile.com website.

Return Form: The return form provided by the seller must be filled out and sent back with the product.

After the Right of Withdrawal is Exercised:

The Seller will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the refund request made by the Buyer.

If the returned products reach the Seller, the amount paid to the Buyer will be refunded using the same payment method. (If the Buyer paid with a different payment method, the refund will be made using the same payment method.)

Situations in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products intended for personal use and whose sealed packaging has been opened.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are specifically produced for the customer or have personal characteristics.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to hygienic products (e.g. underwear and similar products) if their packaging has been opened.

Right of Withdrawal and Legal Status:

The consumer's right of withdrawal is legally protected in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant legislation.
