Exchange Transactions

Change Conditions

  • The product must be unused.
  • Must be in original packaging and with labels.
  • It must be returned with the invoice and original packaging.

The Process of Change

  1. Please submit your exchange request to our customer service.
  2. After receiving approval, send the product in its original packaging and with the invoice.
  3. Once the product reaches us, the exchange process will be initiated and the new product will be sent to you.

  • WARNING: Products in the Outlet category cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Please submit your return request to our customer service.
  2. After receiving approval, send the product in its original packaging and with the invoice.
  3. Once the product reaches us, the refund process will be initiated and your payment will be refunded within 14 business days.
  4. Payment will be made by deducting shipping costs.

Due to hygiene reasons, items such as personal hygiene products, underwear, and swimsuits, even if unused, are excluded from exchange and return. Items in the special offer and promotional items category cannot be returned.
